We needed help after a previous carpet cleaning job didn’t go well. When we called, the phone was answered in a friendly and professional way. I’ve used this service for cleaning the carpets on our steps twice now. Each time was before the rental season, and booking was super easy. The results were fantastic; you could really see the difference in the carpets. The response time was quick and very flexible.
