They came to my house to look at the condition and explained to me about their cleaning process. They were able to pick up the carpets the same day and take them to the facility. Wonderful carpet cleaners I had two couches that needed a good cleaning.....both sofas had normal wear and tear, plus some wine stains and other mystery spots. I promptly called Same Day Carpet Cleaning, they gave me a quote over the phone (which was very reasonable) and an appointment for a couple of days later. Professionals I was very happy with the service to my carpets, especially the stairs. The hall and lounge were also cleaned and I was very happy with the outcome. I have had bad results from other Cleaners in the past. But I believe this one is the best in Los Angeles.
