Worst Repair Service Ever! – Worst experience ever! A simple washing machine timer replacement gone very wrong. They missed 4 appointments and lied to me several times - they told me they had the part in hand then later fessed up they didn't and blamed the issue on warehouse staff being unable to find the part). I gave them many opportunities and they never showed up or even called on time. After admitting it was their fault they weren't willing to give me a substantial discount to make it right.
