Their technician was really nice and polite and didn't mess up my kitchen. He had the part he needed to replace in hes truck which was awesome! Great company!

Simply awful! I called them to get my fridge repaired. Waited all day, the tech finally came about 30 minutes late. They assured me over the phone that the repair will be done the same day. It was not. The tech did not have any parts on him, but he promised to come back the next day. Now its been 5 days. I called them today and they said that the pars are on the Back Order and they will call me when the parts came in. Why did they have to lie that they had the parts? All my food is spoiled... the price was pretty fair and they got it done in day so it was worth it. Will use again.
The representative was really nice and helpful and when the techinicain came a couple of hours later he was rally fast and clean. I will use them again
The repair tech arrived on time and seemed to be well informed about the issue and what it might take to repair it. He diagnosed my air conditioner pretty quick and clean.He replaced the condenser fan motor and my AC was working again! Overall i'm really satisfied with their services.
The technician (Jim) was very pleasant and considerate. He took the time to explain the necessary repairs to my refrigerator. And when he found that an additional refrigerator component needed replacement that he did not have in his truck, he said he would order it immediately and have it available within a few days. Jim promptly returned in a few days and installed the additiona component quickly, testing the enitre system to be sure everything worked properly.
