I have now had two excellent outcomes with them. As part of a kitchen remodel, we have new appliances, including a stove hood and fridge both from Jenn-Air. Both of these new appliances developed problems within weeks of installation. Steve diagnosed and corrected both problems, neither of which was obvious.
Steve came on time, unlike another repair service that we used in the past, and was very helpful, thorough, and courteous, again unlike our previous repair service. He fixed our leaking refrigerator freezer and our washer, and he investigated the problem with our oven He had to leave to buy some belts for the washer, but managed to go buy them and still do the repairs within the time window that we were given. Highly recommended.
I will call Otto again for any appliance repairs! He was on time (early too), friendly, and knowledgeable. He even gave me pointers on how to better use my washer and dryer to prolong the life. What amazing service!
We were given a window of 12 - 2 on Monday for the service appointment. Tony showed up exactly at noon, opened our fridge & knew exactly what the problem was in less than a minute. Not only did he have the fridge working again in about 15 minutes, but he also fixed our ice maker & replaced a broken part on our dishwasher. Hands down the best appliance service experience I've ever had & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend & use them again.
Excellent: Punctual, professional, our tech Max from daly city location fixed our oven quickly, was super-friendly, and our dogs loved him...
Mike was able to diagnose our ongoing dryer ventilation issues quickly on our amana dryer. Great service and personnel!
Tony was fast, friendly, and affordable. He fixed my ice machine in 15 minutes and then looked at and fixed two other random house issues for good price that I couldn't handle...
It's so wonderful to find someone who is nice, honest and does what they said they could do.
