In the beginning they were great! We had a few workers removed because it wasn't working out for mom's best interest. They are suppose to be companions and a lot of times the workers go and sit in another room. We asked them to sit with mom when she eats and some do. Well we have seen them in other rooms and some were sleeping in the chair. They also like to cover the cameras in the house. Half of the 3rd shift workers are sleeping the night away.
