I have been coming to this facility since the late 70s or 80s. BUT only when i can not get in to see my primary doctors....I have seen with my own eyes a guy come in with his finger in a cup and bloody stump wrapped in a dirty shirt...he did not have insurance or money and they put his finger in a clean cup of ice and sent him away.....i have seen a woman who had a soaring fever FAINT in the waiting room...but i have also seen amazing sympathetic nursing staff as well as doctors. Not to bad of a wait. It's best to make an appointment to avoid waiting...
We were here on a Sunday and we waited about 20 or 30 minutes, not too long, and the folks were great. No problem parking either. Very pleased!

My primary doctor is out of town... Came back because spouse dragged me here... Afternoon wait sucks too.
Parking is horrible... Good luck locating parking on this premises. The wait here is much worse!

My doctor was very good, but the rest was a disaster. I checked in at 11p for a scratched cornea. At 1.30a I was still waiting in the lobby; they said at least another hour, so I said I was leaving. They said I should always estimate 4 hours before being seen there. I have the best insurance, which I'm not sure others in the lobby did. When I said I was leaving they "moved me to the top of the list" they said. Ironically, they never collected my insurance information, despite me offering it twice. Good place for a check up. Sometimes you feel like the doc has too many patients to handle... go on sunday not as busy :-) ..
