I used to love the staff there until last night.. I went in for dibiitating pain in my kidney area and the Dr treated me like crap and being rude by calling me a big baby because I was crying..
The nurse, Mike, was excellent. His nursing student was excellebtvas well. We were also visited by the student's instructor from BBCC. She was great too. My wife saw the ER doctor once, and he never returned. I was there over three hours in her ER room and never saw him once. He did not come back ti give any report in blood work. The only person who came in besides the there mentioned above was the person from admissions, letting us know that we could pay our $100 copay on the way out. Neglected my non verbal 3year old in the ER for over an hour even after we stood in her room door practically in front of the nurses stations and yet when I told all the nurses they should have left us in the waiting room if they were gonna ignore us they were so surprised I hadn't seen anyone 🙄 My daughter is still have lower adonimal pain on did I mention she's ONYL THREE YEARS OLD AND NON VERBAL AND THEY NEGLECTED AND IGNORED HER CRIES OF PAIN
The lady that was in the er was rude as hell Claudia was her name and she had a attitude and my son was screaming bloody murder and the only time we got help was when we asked ten times so I hope next time will be better
I have had multiple procedures at this hospital, the latest not quite two weeks ago. The staff in the surgical wing and Dr Trydestam were so kind and so good at their job. I am healing well and I am grateful for you all. Thank you for what you do, and for the kindness and respect.
