Very rude. Asked a question. That had nothing to do as to why I was there.
Our daughter was born last week at Samaritan. My husband and I couldn't be more grateful for the amazing team that ensured our comfort and wellbeing through what ended up being a long and at times, challenging birth. Our wishes were not only respected, but supported. And when things got tough, they went the extra mile. The postpartum resources and support were just as appreciated. We had a wonderful, beautiful experience thanks to all.
Usually I have a great experience here but this time it took four receptionists and an administrator to figure out how to admit me for a simple blood pressure check. Some moose-like receptionist in internal medicine turned me away saying that they couldn't check my BP there even though it was deserted in there. Then I went to family medicine, complained to an administrator, asking if I should just go to Walmart for my medical care instead since they have a machine for BP.
