The counselor never showed up. I tried to call after she was 8 minutes late and she didn't answer. By 15 after the hour (and my apt time), I decided it was time to go as I was on my lunch break. I had arrived ten minutes early so I had waited quite a while. Someone did show up (not sure if it was counselor) but was on the phone when I walked out the door.
