10/10, Samantha was absolutely amazing when it came to helping me purchase my first home. I was on the other side of the country at the time, and she was willing to give me virtual tours of properties and helped me get floor plans before I flew out to inspect the property I ultimately purchased in person. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

I serve with Samantha Roeder on the YWCA-Bellingham Board of Directors. She is amazing! Samantha chairs our Fundraising Committee, which involves primarily marketing and event planning and management - roles that require a broad and accomplished skill set, and one that crosses over (not surprisingly) into the area of real estate representation.
