I shop here because there aren't many beauty stores around and even fewer black owned beauty stores. I support BOB whenever and however I can.
I was getting my hair braided and stopped in for this mouse I forgot. Staff was so nice and helpful. Recommendations were top tier. Best location and great selection of products.
I love that this is a black owned hair store but they are violating the law per Texas laws you’re not supposed to charge customers a service fee when using credit or debit cards (especially debit cards) a lot of people don’t know this so they just accept the charge.. th charge is to be paid by the merchant only not consumers… I work for the state. Very pricey. But really, my only problem is paying a extra 3 to 4 dollars.Just to use my debit card. Right up the street, the prices are cheaper.And they do not charge you extra when you use a debit card. That would be my main reason for not going back.If so I would have to make sure I just have cash. Because you're not charging one set price to use a debit card.You're charging a percentage. So the more I pay, the more y'all take off my card, but it should just be one set price to use your card.
