I would strongly caution anyone against working with Samantha Janisch. The handling of my husband’s home sale was a disaster from start to finish due to her negligence, incompetence, and unprofessional behavior. Sam made the buying experience very easy for me as a first time home buyer. She walked me through all the steps on what to expect and what to do. I would definitely work with her again!

I was extremely nervous about the process of being a first time home buyer. Sam was unbelievable. She made the process stress free with her quick and clear communication, amazing personality, and was always a couple steps ahead. She helped us get our dream home but should we ever choose to buy another home she would undoubtedly be the agent we pick.

Sam is the best! Very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped us with pricing our house so that we could get a good profit but also sell it quickly. After a couple hours on the market we had an interested buyer come view our house and made an offer of our asking price within a couple of days. Selling one house and buying another at the same time isn’t always easy but Sam made it the smoothest process working with us while we were also moving to a different state.
