We had a terrible experience with this specific brand of realtors. It took 3+ months for the house to finally sell due to a title issue. Little to no communication, we always had to reach out to Samantha for answers. She made us move out of our house TWO weeks early because she thought the closing was going to be on May 18, but it never happened until June 3.
