I wish I could rate this clinic a big fat zero. Three weeks ago I had appointment and they called me the same day that it was canceled and rescheduled and when I show up I waited one and half hours and was not seen by doc so they made appointment for the third time and again was canceled. If you are late 10 minutes they say you are late but they make you wait at least an hour. If your appointment is at 8 am just expect to see doc at 9am. Very unprofessional and lazy people. I have been here for a long time since I moved to San Diego. None of the above said the health care were negligent. You must come early and request service because they have a calling back problem. They scheduled me for a physical exams but didn’t call to remind me so I don’t remember.to come for it .. I t makes me feel should I come for a visit or not. I was there - few months ago needed to be treated my symtom but I don’t get the rifht doctor My suggestion is to correct the facility and improve the one Stars to FIVE stars.... read more
If you need a place that really addresses your issues and helps you to be healthy, this is not the place. I have been visited them for a long time but they didn’t really assess health efficiently. Very rushing through the process because they have patients waiting. Maybe limited by time so not much quality per visit.
