Horrible service they provided. If possible, I would give them ZERO star! The patient run out medications for several weeks. Even we kept calling and talking with them, but doctor and nurse never respond for the refills. They DON’T care patients at all! Avoid them if you care about yourself and your family!
I had a scheduled appointment with the cardiologist Michael Michalski that has anger issues. After my blood pressure was checked, I waited in the exam room for approximately 55 minutes for the doctor to arrive. When I asked the staff about the delay, I was told that I must continue waiting because they had spoken to the doctor and he was upset. They have a constant turnover of medical staff. Their phone system is not that great. To get a message to the dr, you leave lots of messages and then they dont call back. When doctors leave the practice, there is no follow up for patients. The patient isn't told and they leave patients with no meds or a new doctor. You are left hanging. When doctors are out sick they dont call to cancel and reschedule. Dr. Benjamin Sommer is a very good, kind, and extremely intelligent doctor. I am very happy to have him in our family clinic.
I wish I could rate this clinic a big fat zero. Three weeks ago I had appointment and they called me the same day that it was canceled and rescheduled and when I show up I waited one and half hours and was not seen by doc so they made appointment for the third time and again was canceled. If you are late 10 minutes they say you are late but they make you wait at least an hour. If your appointment is at 8 am just expect to see doc at 9am. Very unprofessional and lazy people.
