Dr. Vivianne Jakobs has done an excellent job. Very knowledgeable. She made sure to have all the tests needed and makes you feel safe and welcome.

Called asked if they accept my insurance so I can switch to this office as my primary care. They said yes. I call to switch to them. Office closed by the time its done. Weekend kicks in. Call em back monday. We actually don’t accept your insurance. AFTER I waste 4 days now I have to switch it again. Receptionists don’t even know what health care they accept. Also side note, I guarantee you every single person in this office is an absolute misery to be around for sure.

I came here and saw Dr. Jakobs and have been really impressed. Dr jakobs takes her time with you, does thorough examinations and makes you feel comfortable in knowing that you are in good hands. I've previously had one provider that I was with for over 20 years, and had very mixed experiences when I had to see someone else. I was very anxious about having to change providers, and was extremely surprised to find another provider that I feel I can trust and also comfortable with. DO NOT COME HERE. I had the very unfortunate experience of seeing Vivianne Jakobs and she was one of the rudest doctors I’ve ever come across. The people at this clinic do whatever they can to make you feel as uncomfortable and unpleasant as possible and clinics like this are the reason so many people refuse to seek medical treatment. I hate that I have to come back for another appointment. They’re so insensitive and rude and just overall terrible.
