Sam helped me buy a downtown Toronto condo after downsizing. He is so knowledgeable about the buildings and areas, knowing which to avoid and which to consider, including things that aren't readily visible. His videos are great! He focused on what I most wanted and was professional and efficient. He's also a great negotiator and was able to get me the condo I wanted at a great price.
