Great Doctor! pay's attention to what you have to say abut your health. Is very fast to reply to messages cnsuriing heath questions. Has been a big help with my insurance copays.
I like Dr. Rougas. He's thorough and gives good advice. He has managed to get me off of most of my medication and I seem to be doing well. He also emphasizes that I can call him if I have any problems.
Dr. Rougas was totally Genuine and ‘in the moment’, personable and caring, offered lots of information that was important to me, and generally gave me a great deal of confidence In his diagnosis and his expertise. A professional in every way.

I have been a cardiac patient of Dr. Rougas for over 5 years. During that time, we have developed a wonderful doctor & patient relationship. He is always interested in what I have to say and takes the time to address any issues or concerns I may be having with my health. Dr. Rougas encouraged me to climb at 14eener at age 62. What an awesome experience and personal challenge following my double by-pass surgery.
Dr. Rougas understands my personal condition and consistently gives me quality information and treatment.
Dr Rougas is personable and friendly. He explains things in a straightforward and simple manner. His staff is friendly and professional and keeps his appointments on time. I do not enjoy visiting doctors, but if one has to, Dr. Rougas is the one to see!
Dr. Rougas has been my cardiologist since he joined Aurora Denver Cardiologists. He has done a great job in accommodating my needs and got me in with little notice when returning to Denver for surgery.
My exam was a bi-yearly heart exam and prep for surgery. I have been seeing Dr. Rougas for about 5 years. He is direct, candid and reasonable. He has built trust between myself and him and that is part of what makes him a great doctor. He is also not the "A" type personality that some cardiologists posses. He listens well and doesn't lecture; He spells the facts out and provides his best advise - which makes you want to follow his directions. Glad to have him as one of my physicians.
Dr. Rougas is an intelligent cardiologist who took the time to understand what was wrong with me and develop a plan to address my problems. He is sharp and caring, rare traits for a doctor.
