Sam and Omie's is a 1st glass place, with a homey atmosphere. The food is the best around and the staff is awesome! I recommend everyone trying this place while in the Outer Banks!

Used to live on the Outer Banks...ate lunch here almost every day and it was great. On every return visit, we eat here, and its always great! My favorite then and now is the softshell crab.
