We drove half an hour each way to get carryout for our family, only for a very rude hostess to tell me that they weren't talking carryout orders because they were "too busy" and had "already served 700 people today." Congrats, but this was at 3:30pm and there were several empty tables and all the snotty hostess did was shrug when we told her how far out of our way we'd come. Very rude. Had such a fantastic dinner. Everything was fresh and delicious. Pleased everyone in the group...even the kids. Service was quick and personable. Thanks!
Love this place! Fun and friendly atmosphere! We ate there twice while on vacay (7/6/14 and 7/11/14). Loved the ice cold PBR and the clam dog. The wait staff was on the ball. We are looking fwd to our next trip down to OBX and to Sam and Omies :)

Service is unacceptable rude managers and waitress inlaws have been coming here for over 30 years we came early and asked to be seated at a larger table and they got made since we were a party of 7 but they wanted to squeeze 12 at a table we understand that its a busy place and thats why we came early they were throwing our drinks and napkins
Stopped in for lunch on July 3, 2014 - 6 adults and 9 children. They sat us rather quickly. The waitress was on the ball and even took the orders by family. The food came out perfect... One of the few times that all four of my children ate all of their food. Great experience! Definitely will see us again!
