They were out of the specials and the bartender seemed frazzled with the crowd. But great atmosphere and friendly locals and out-of-towners.

I gave it 4 stars because for 2 breakfast platters, coffee and a drink, we paid $22. The service is top notch. The food is good just a bit pricey.
We LOVE Sam & Omie's!! We had a fantastic breakfast - everyone in our family loved it. Our fav restaurant in the OBX!!
Great local fare. Breakfast 🍳,lunch or dinner. A must go to place when visiting the Outer Banks. No reservations but if you have to wait it's well worth it. $$$
