I've been coming here since the 70's. still the best breakfast in OBX.
It has a great friemdly atmosphere. The food is always good. I had NC Barbque and onion rings. Very good. The staff was great. One of my favorite places. We have been going there for many years.

From the 70's on to this day, the food at S&O's has been exceeded only by the service and character of the ladies who operate the establishment. If you want to taste the flavor of the Outer Banks, this is a must.
This is real good food at a reasonable price service is excellent we eat there all the time
