I moved into Sam Maverick Place mid December 2018. My experience has been terrible. Within the first month I had three packages stolen from my porch, and when I addressed the issue to the complex, the solution was to have packages sent to the office. That's would be a great solution, except the complex only has one person in the office at all times, and the hours they work are very narrow 9-5 with a lunch in the middle of the day. When I first moved in in august i though everything was grand and it looked amazing but quickly that changed. Within the first month I had problems with the internet, they said it was a problem with the FiOS connection in this room couldnt really be fixed would always be a problem. If that wasnt enough their internet pavlov media would randomly cut off your internet so they could sent packets to your computer to see what you are doing before they would turn it back on.
