I moved into Sam Maverick Place mid December 2018. My experience has been terrible. Within the first month I had three packages stolen from my porch, and when I addressed the issue to the complex, the solution was to have packages sent to the office. That's would be a great solution, except the complex only has one person in the office at all times, and the hours they work are very narrow 9-5 with a lunch in the middle of the day.
