Can’t say enough great things about Sam. He and his team were excellent. Sam is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the Austin market. He got the the lowest price per square foot in the current Austin market. And to note, I was purchasing remotely. Sam did all the ground work, and has even set me up with some of his people to get some repairs done. Sam goes above and beyond. I definitely recommend Sam.

Sam is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and flexible. At no point does it feel like he is forcing a sale on you and he goes the extra mile to make sure the deal is right. I couldn't recommend Sam highly enough.
