Sam was the best realtor we could’ve asked for. He took the time to find exactly what we needed and worked closely with the selling team to buy down our rate and get us the best possible deal. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also a fantastic leader throughout the entire process, genuinely caring about our end goal of purchasing our forever home. Can’t say enough great things about Sam. He and his team were excellent. Sam is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the Austin market. He got the the lowest price per square foot in the current Austin market. And to note, I was purchasing remotely. Sam did all the ground work, and has even set me up with some of his people to get some repairs done. Sam goes above and beyond. I definitely recommend Sam.
