Been going here for a few years and have been happy. But, when you call in to move your appointment to an earlier time and they don't notice the "double booking" when you appointment is three hours away, and then call you 30 minutes prior to cancel your appointment due to said double booking, that's a problem. Clearly I was pushed out by a friend, someone spending more money, or sheer laziness at the end of the day and wanting to go home early. Done with this place.

I love Sam Jon's Salon! Especially Florence "Flo" my hair stylist. She is an artist when it comes to color and makes my experience at the salon always a sweet one. If you're looking for a great cut and color this is the place to go and ask for Flo!
