We had dinner last evening at Sam's. As I was explaining to our server how I would like the Beefy Taco Salad modified, she asked me "No meat? No dairy? Are you vegan?" I said yes, expecting a comment. Instead, she said "I'll get you our Vegan menu!" What? Wife and I have been coming to Sam's for 30 years. NOT ONCE did any server ever mention their Vegan & GF menu.
