I have been to Hyannis location 7-8 years ago and it was very good. Went last night from RI mind you, the waitress sorry to be rude but was dumb as a doorknob. The chips and salsa are very good, the fried ice cream is to die for, everything in between was awful. I had the tacos. The meat was nearly flavorless, barely seasoned and almost a ground to purée consistency. The lack of flavor is what did it tho, old El Paso is better at home. Nothing special really, it's sort of tex/Mex. Unfortunately I was born and raised in San Diego, .ca. So I know my Mexican food, the refried beans here at Sam's are canned, tacos just ok. Sri is are good, a bit too much ice in some but again good drinks. It is unfortunate that the cape does quote know what real Mexican food tastes like unless you do go to Mexico, Texas, California, Arizona. Having tried other places that serve Mexican food here on the cape I would say this is the third best you can come to. Other places have ... read more
