going EXTRA miles – I am an international student from China. Past summer when I traveled NYC, I broke my glasses (actually I dropped glasses and someone stepped on them). I stopped by nearest optical store, asked to replace heavily scretched lenses. I wore very strong prescription glasses, and I coudn't function without my glasses. I also needed glasses urgently because I scheduled fly to Toronto next day. Guess what! Opticians You Can Depend On – My father lives in a nursing home near Sam & Anna Optics. When my father got new glasses RX, I took him to Sam & Anna Optics upon eye doctor's recommendation. Sam & Anna personally took time to select best frames for my father. One for reading and another for distance. Next day they delivered glasses to my father (so fast!!!) so my father didn't have to arrange wheelchair aide to pick up glasses. My father enjoy watching his favorite TV show again. I am thankful for their service.
Very nice eye doctor and staff – I found this place when I woke up one morning with pink eye. I went in and was seen immediately by a young doctor. She was knowledgeble and friendly. I was given eye drops and the infection cleared up within 2 days! I was so happy, I went back for a glasses and contact lens prescription. The doctor was so friendly and told me everything about my eyes, and even said my last glasses prescription (which I hated) was too strong! Best Optician in NYC – I had such a lovely experience at Sam and Anna Optics! The staff was very professional and nice to me, they have so many beautiful frames and were able to fill my prescription perfectly within an hour! The doctor was nice and thorough, she gave me trial contact lenses that same day and even called a few days later to see if I liked the contacts! I'd definitely recommend them to all my friends.
