This is the most unprofessional office ever dealt with.. it’s almost as if the last thing they care about is the patients. When speaking with the staff ( sharanna, per the lie of a name she gave )she was extremely rude, then had me on hold for 19 mins which I understand people are busy, however when she came back to the phone she was every bit of childish rude ! Worst office ever! The front desk ladies, have major attitudes, and could care less about helping patients schedule apts. No wonder why this practice had such bad reviews. Be cautious if you want to use this office. The front desk ladies could use a majors attitude adjustment. Lacks professional . Being I the medical field myself, very disappointed.

Terrible staff they don't return calls. Still waiting for someone to call me back so I can schedule an appointment

Front desk Staff is not helpful or friendly. Dr said that the MRI place would be calling to set appointment. We called Drs office week later left message no one returned call. Went to the facility. Told them we left message they said they knew. Nothing else. Then said well we don’t call the MRI here is the number if you want to call. We canceled the appointment for the next week and they could have cared less! Never will recommend!!
