I wait over 40 minutes each visit and they make me feel bad for being in pain and asking for medication
This is the most unprofessional office ever dealt with.. it’s almost as if the last thing they care about is the patients. When speaking with the staff ( sharanna, per the lie of a name she gave )she was extremely rude, then had me on hold for 19 mins which I understand people are busy, however when she came back to the phone she was every bit of childish rude ! Worst office ever! The front desk ladies, have major attitudes, and could care less about helping patients schedule apts. No wonder why this practice had such bad reviews. Be cautious if you want to use this office. The front desk ladies could use a majors attitude adjustment. Lacks professional . Being I the medical field myself, very disappointed.
Terrible staff they don't return calls. Still waiting for someone to call me back so I can schedule an appointment
