It’s taken 3 weeks since my son was discharge tor psychosis to get a follow up appointment. The staff seem rude and annoyed at their jobs. I’m not sure what their deal is but I have tried to get an appointment 4x and still no call back. By now I am looking to go somewhere else for my sons treatment.
Needs improvement on comunication
*UPDATE* Since they moved locally, and I got my first in person visit the experience has changed, and Vincent definitely gave a worthy caring service for the session. Telemed seems less personal, and rushed by design though. It's not the ideal session, but that being said it allows for quick sessions when life is dealing you a bad hand. I've lost a few loved ones I was helping care for over the past few years, and having a lot to deal with the short telemed sessions worked fine.
