Rude Karen Karen....The front office and person who answers the phone was extremely rude, and if you can get past her and her attitude to see the Dr in the first place, then I could be a patient. But she solved that for him. I will never call or visit this office ever. Thank you
First Rate Dentist Dr Licata is gentle, kind, and honest about what you need done. He never tries to get more jobs done on your mouth for money. I love the fact that he has knowledgeable staff, nice front desk people, and great hours! He got me over my fear of going to the dentist.
Gentle Touch Dr. Licata is the best! I have a fear of needles and when he numbed my mouth for a filling...I didn't even feel it. He is so gentle and that is great. He is a very calm guy so that helped to keep me calm. His staff is great too. My Dental Hygenist was very knowledgable and she made sure I knew and understood what was important.
