Dr. Pacella repaired the dime-sized, deep hole on my nose following Mohs surgery. Due to the size of the defect, repair required skin grafting. He performed a masterful job. I am most grateful for his skill and ability. I highly recommend Dr. Pacella and will absolutely return to him should I require repair and reconstruction following skin cancer.
Dr. Pacella and his team exceeded my expectations throughout my entire experience. I had breast reconstruction with a fat transfer performed and could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Pacella and his team to all of my family and friends in the San Diego area.
Avoid this dude! His arrogant attitude is a disgrace to his profession.

Amazing results! Dr. Pacella gave me a better outcome than I even imagined possible. He answered all of my questions, explained my options, and exceeded my expectations. His staff is beyond helpful. The only thing I would change is not waiting so long!
I first met Dr. Pacella when I had a hand injury that he fixed for me. After the procedure was complete, I noticed that he also does cosmetic surgery in his practice and inquired about the possibility of getting Botox. He was very informative in helping me to better understand the benefits and together we came up with a plan to fix some of the movements of my forehead and to soften the arch of my brows. I'm more than pleased with the results and would highly recommend him!
