Absolute BEST restaurant in Hartford! All the staff is accommodating and friendly. It is always a great experience no matter when I go!
Salute is the absolute, perfect restaurant for Happy Hour, dinner with family and friends any special event that deserves celebration. Or just a warm, friendly dinner in a snowstorm when other restaurants aren't open! We've had a Bon Voyage party, 90th Birthday Party, Rehearsal Dinner and most recently an Engagement party and each event has been perfect! Jimmy and his staff wouldn't have it any other way! I'm not sure if there's a more welcoming, familial, and genuine restaurant downtown. Salute gives Hartford a good name. It's not just the food on the table, it's the vibrance when you walk in the door. It's the appreciation for the surrounding community. I am a hospitality professional. Jimmy and Andy surround themselves with people who believe in their concept and their commitment. It inspires me to be better at what I do. I Salute you, and I'm never disappointed. And the garlic bread is pretty freakin good too.
One word...... JIMMY!! Best customer service around by far. The food is great, the happy hour is always packed and a great place to meet up with friends or to make new ones!!
