Salus Home Health Care and Home Care services were needed for my dad . Based on great reviews, I called them, and I never looked back. Quincie was absolutely amazing, friendly, and so caring while trying to obtain information and do the initial assessment. We used Salus and were so very happy that we did. My dad passed a few months ago. They took excellent care of him and were of great support to me. There are a lot of tough decisions that have to be made on this journey. Salus was very compassionate and gently guided me through the process. I wish I could remember the names of the team we had so I could mention them in this post, it is all a blur now. I highly recommend Salus to care for your loved ones.
On May 3rd, my sister was placed on hospice care quickly because of Salus’s fast, knowledgeable, efficient, and caring nurses that were sent to help her and her family. Thank goodness they work weekends! Nurse Jenna, assessed my sister with kindness and compassion on Sunday afternoon and had medical equipment delivered to my home immediately as I was caring for my sister and even ordered a transport ambulance to bring her to my home because she knew my sister couldn’t make it by car. Our family is deeply grateful for the services provided by Salus Homecare during my mother's end of life journey.
