Caregivers were wonderful! They went above and beyond in so many ways, I just can’t say enough about this amazing one group of people!
Though we worked with Salus for a short period of time, they were so helpful from beginning to end. Quincie, our case manager, was so kind and supportive, and our caregivers Nasrin and Sam took such good care of my dad. His pain management was complicated, and every time we called, we were able to reach someone and help was sent, no matter what hour of the day it was. We evaluated three other companies and were so happy we made the decision to go with Salus.
We appreciated the quick response, professionalism, reliability and kindness of the whole Salus Team. From our wonderful Case Manager, Quincie, to all office staff to our caregivers, especially Gema and Josephina, my Mom was well cared for. It's an anxious time with someone you love needs more care and Salus helped us navigate that as easily as possible. Thank you!
Salus is responsible for one of the worst experiences of my entire life. My mother had possibly over a month left to live, and the first day in her care, Salus facilitated overdosing her on sleeping pills and opioids, even after I called their doctor/nurse team twice to double check the mixture was safe. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Salus Home Care for caring for my aging Mom for the last year and a half. Quincie was wonderful in managing her care needs and always available if I had questions. The staffing coordinators were also great and very helpful when there needed to be a schedule change.
