My family has used Salus Homecare twice for my mom. Once because of an illness from which she recovered and lastly when she was on hospice. They were exceptional. Extremely efficient, reliable, responsive and caring. Our caseworker, Quincie Novella, was so proactive in making sure my mom’s needs were met and our caregiver, Maricel, was so kind, caring and very competent. Salus got us through a very difficult time and we are very grateful.
Salus took care of my sister-in-law's move with complete care for her personal effects and meeting the requirements of her new home. Ms. Novella provided especially important communication and liaison given that I lived in another state. In addition, even after the move was finished, they were willing to recover books from the second hand store that we thought she did not want. Really exceptional service and, yes, I would recommend their service to other people I know.
This is an update to my initial review below. Salus has provided 24/7 care for my husband for 25 months, allowing him to remain at home with dignity. I am grateful to the entire team from Sales, in particular caregivers Jose, Gerry, Mike and Ayo. Salus staff were exceptionally helpful. They were quick to help me get a caregiver and I had it set up within 24 hours. I highly recommend this company.
Salus and its staff have been super helpful and courteous to us as we have engaged with them to provide services to my wife and family. They have gone well out of their way to assist and support us. Being available and responding to us at all hours of the day and evening and always supportive of our requirements.
