I would give more stars if I could. Salus has been a gift to our family with the loving care they provide. We were able to get just the right levels of support at all stages of healing. I appreciate to their quick responses and short notice availability since sometimes life doesn’t happen on schedule. I am beyond grateful to Quincie and her team for being so knowledgeable and helpful to our family.
I am deeply disappointed in the care Salus provided my father and our family during an incredibly vulnerable time this past December. Salus was recommended by my father’s general practitioner of 10 years, and initially things went well. Unfortunately, as time went on, the quality of care declined significantly. Salus Homecare came through is a big way for our family. Quincie Novella, the case manager got back to us the same day of our call. Everything fell into place to have 24/7 care for our elderly mother within a day. I have nothing but praise for the care given my husband from Hospice. Every aspect of my interactions were positive. The Social Worker. the Caregiver who bathed him, the Nursing care (by RN Sandy) and the explanations just prior to his demise six weeks ago were outstanding. Bless you Solice!
We had very good experience with Salus Homecare and Salus hospice. Novella Quincie was an excellent and very caring case manager, and the hospice team was excellent. I have to praise Jennifer Sit the scheduler also. We always got the best service from her.
