Why become a member, I can't see the benefits of being a member. Hilton honor member, as you arrive, drinks like canned soda and bottled water are offered. Never to this hotel ever again. They let us wait for 4 hours, my kids were already sleeping in the lobby, their reason is the availability of rooms. There were guests who came later than us but roomed immediately. They should have asked me if I'm willing to pay additional rather than staying at the lobby for long hours. I just wonder what makes the difference.
So annoyed!!! Currently awake at 6 am on a Sunday because the alarm Clock went off!!! That is literally hotel guest keeping 101, make sure the alarm in guest rooms are off. I can also hear my neighbors tv, and in my account I have a request of a room away from the elevator because I am a lite sleeper, and of course my room is next to the elevator.
I want to compliment the management at this JW. After a very frustrating start where we didn’t know there were 2 JW’s in Miami so took a taxi to the wrong one! After getting to the correct location we quickly fell in love with every area!! The pool area is gorgeous and the server / bartender was the best!! Then we had some additional problems with our room and a lovely Jamaican lady came out to console us. That made all the difference.
