A quick note on my recent stay at JW Marriott Miami on Brickell Avenue. I have stayed at this property several times, and this visit was noticeably different — in a very positive way. The biggest difference was the staff. Alexis at the front desk was exceptional: gracious, professional, and genuinely helpful. Avoid JW Marriott in Miami on Brickell Ave This was one of the worst Marriott experiences I've had (except the Moxie-eww). The valet left our bags in the car when he parked it and it took forever to get them in the room making us late for an event. The room was ALWAYS hot and the beds had deep valleys and needed to be thrown out. The room service was difficult to reach requiring multiple attempts.
