One flaw. The elevators. Slow and only 2 were operational. But other than that the staff was great. Rooms and beds were comfortable and close to everything. Loved my stay!
Location was amazing but absolutely unacceptable for a JW. We got a suite that was filthy and the toilet leaked the ENTIRE time and they could not seem to get it fixed. Didn’t seem to matter to them. Wifi was trash and couldnt get basic work done. Constantly black pubic hairs all over the floor (not ours!!) and filth everywhere. Our view basically made us a fish bowl to the pool so it was very uncomfortable.
