RecommendedLove to get my spare ribs here at Salty’s! Great service and great food at reasonable prices
the food was delicious! I'm not a huge BBQ sauce fan and they serve their meet with sauce in the side not on the meat. this is great because you actually get to taste the meat and it was by far some of the best ribs and chicken I have ever had! I'm not from Bakersfield was there on business and now I will definitely be back! It was so good I had to compliment the cook before I left! go get some

My husband and I had the tri-tip sandwich. It was so good. I think they have the best coleslaw that I’ve ever had. The beans were really good too!
Brisquet was excellent .. .Sauce is great..portions were not as big as expected,but I had an overall positive experience..
Salty's has really become a favorite of ours and in our eyes is by far the best bbq in Bakersfield. We haven't had anything that we haven't liked. Our favorite is the pulled pork and chicken (white meat chopped) combo with spicy macaroni and cheese!!! The owner and his staff are extremely friendly, and they have great customer service. We also enjoy all the Thursday Night Cruzin' events that they put on; these bring us here almost weekly.
The pork ribs, pulled pork, potato salad.... oh man, just everything is delicious at Salty’s!!!!
