RecommendedWe searched for the "best duck in Austin" and ended up here. we were not disappointed. The duck was perfectly cooked. The service was great, lively atmosphere, and nice selection of wines and cocktails. would definitely recommend to peeps visiting the Texas capital.

The Salty Sow was a great choice for dinner tonight. We ordered the truffled deviled eggs and salmon rillette as appetizers and both were outstanding. The duck breast and Brussels sprouts were really good. as to the burger...just wow! might be the best burger I have had in a long time. High praise for both food and service.
Jeffrey was an AWESOME & memorable server in providing recommendations on the menu.
