They were very helpful and accommodating before the day of our rental. Then, after a few hours on the lake, our boat stopped working for no apparent reason. We then called them to get some help and, after a few questions, they said, "we will call you once we can leave to help you." Two hours later, they had still not come. Who was in the middle of a four year olds birthday party when you called. We are extremely sorry that happened, but yes, we DON'T know what happened. I'm here all the time as we rent a slip here and they have been nothing but accommodating to ALL the renters and residents.
We had a family get together and it was amazing to be out on a lake and see all the beauty.
Saltshaker Marine is awesome! Great boat, nice & clean and the owners go above & beyond to make sure you have everything you need! Will do business time & time again with them!
We had an amazing time with our pontoon rental yesterday. The staff was helpful and nice and really wanted us to have a good time! Now that I know renting a boat can be so easy, we will be renting from here again in the future!! Thank you!
