Very disrespectful, went for my friends 18th birthday and on the first attempt at tubing, the tube ripped, tried calling them, no one answered. Went back in and we had difficulty parking and we tried to trade the tube in and they blamed us for a defective tube even after we tried to explain that the tube was defective and explained what had happened in a respectful manor. RecommendedWe have gotten boats here 2 summers in a row. You could not ask for better people or better boats. Always quick to respond to any email or call I have ever made to them. I highly highly recommend Becky and Saltshaker Marine. There maybe other places to rent boats on Lake Norman but I wouldn’t know as this will be my only choice every time!

Definitely recommend renting from salt shaker! They were super accommodating rescheduling after we got rained out the first day. We showed up with a couple extra people (still w/ in limit) and Becky was quick to give us a bigger boat so we’d be comfortable. Great experience and great pricing. Will definitely rent from them again.

The boat was extremely nice and plenty of room we had such a great time the captain Bradley was absolutely amazing could not have asked for a better day so if you need a boat to rent this is your place

Awesome service from the moment we pulled into the lot. Such a sweet staff, clean and beautiful boats, and great prices. All around a great time! I would be there every week if I could!
What a fantastic place to rent a boat and see Lake Norman. Made the whole process of renting a boat so easy. They are very informative about the lake and take the time to explain how to operate their boats. The pontoons are newer and in great shape. We had such a great time and knew we were on a save vessel and If you a looking to rent these folks are the ones to rent from. A five star experience...
