Worst service ever this has happened twice waited for over an hour to get our food waitress really never paid attention to us.
No complaints here. Took my mom here for her birthday.. She had a wonderful lunch :) waitress was excellent. Wish I would have remembered her name :/.
I wish i had a positivecomment about my visit yesterday 12/2216. But. I visited this establishment after a long day of xmas shopping. While i shopped i dealt with rude people,frustrated people,people cutting lines,crying infants ext. When i was done wish my shopping all i wanted to do was go somewhere nice (Saltgrass) and have a nice meal while i enjoyed my favorite adult beverage. My entire experience was pleasant. I was there with friends( party of four), and we were fortunate enough to meet one of the new employees, Asia Lawrence. We all agreed that this young lady made our visit so easy. She such a bright and pleasant demeanour. Her knowledge of the menu truly made it easy to choose our meals and drinks. We are recommending this eatery to friends, and telling them of the service we received from Ms. Lawrence. And WE will also be returning.
Great waitress. very attentive and very friendly! Food was very good.
Bad bar service. The bartender spent more time trying to get laid than paying attention to any of the other customers. Was ignored for 20 mins. Once we finally got seated the food was a let down too. Won't be going to this location anymore. Rockwall is WAY better!

Salt Grass Steak House has the best steaks around, we actually drive an hour one way just to eat there and I love that they have The Landry card that let's you build up for free STEAKS, and if you have a Big Family like we do its really easy to build up that Landry card for free food or drinks, our bunch usually goes for the PORTER HOUSE STEAK, or the PAT'S RIBEYE , they are all mouthwatering and we have been going for the past 15 + years...
Omg! This place is amazing! The steaks are so delicious not to mention the soups. This is me and my husband go spot. The atmosphere is so elegant. The service is amazing. Kid friendly too.
