Just want to give a shout out to Salters staff. Eric made the sales process a no brainer. Brain and Corey installed our new gas fireplace insert. They we professional and knowledgable about the product. They took pride in their work. Were patient when explaining how to use the remote and operate the system. So glad to have it functioning and able to use it this late in the winter season. Thanks guys!!!
I purchased a fireplace from salter and enjoyed the pleasant knowledgeable service that I was given from Jill in the sales department. Just had our gas fireplace installed by Mike Klopp from Salters. Did a terrific job and was top notch. Cared so much about the install and was very professional. It is very rare to find such a person. Our sales person from the very beginning was Jill Marquette who did a fabulous job. Any questions were answered quickly and the entire process went great. Just had our gas insert installed by Brian and Corey and couldn't have asked for more knowledgeable and kind gentlemen. They not only did a wonderful job on the installation, they were efficient and so nice to my 3 and 5 year olds who were trying to distract them the whole time. Every aspect of my dealings with Salters was great. Jay educated me about all of my options and helped me make the most informed decision on which product to choose. I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a new fireplace!
