Jill was our salesperson and she was one of the most professional and competent people that I have dealt with in years. She was knowledgeable about the various products and patient with us as we considered the various options. Also, she responded to emails in a timely manner - even on her days off. Truly a great experience all around!
Jordan was very helpful when my husband and I went into the showroom with very little idea of exactly what we wanted and what would work in our townhouse. He did a fantastic job throughout the process and was always communicative and professional. Brian and Cory did a fantastic job with the installation. The finished on time even though they ran into a few obstacles. Each day when they wrapped up work, you didn't even know they were there. Brian Bevan and Corey Cole installed a beautiful new gas fireplace for us this week. They did a wonderful job and were friendly, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend Salters and will use them to replace a second unit in the future and I will specifically request this team!
