Called for my annual cleaning and was delighted with Paul. He arrived on time, promptly getting to work putting down drop cloths so as not to get any dirt/debris on my carpets. The fireplace works great and I love the new remote control he installed. He also updated/reminded me of regulations regarding fireplace screens, mantle scarves, etc. I would definitely recommend Salters to anyone looking for fireplace service or to purchase a fireplace.
Salters helped us to choose a classic looking log set for our restored antique home. Not only does the log set look perfect, but Brian and Kevin were terrific installers! They really, truly cared about getting the job done right so that I would be so happy with the overall look. They took great pride in their job in a way that I don't often see today. SO happy with our fireplace thanks to Salters!
Can't say enough about Salter's and their employees. Chip came yesterday to install our gas logs just in time for the cold weather. He did a great job to make them both look perfect. Thanks again to Kristen, Jenna and Chip!
Today I had my annual the annual cleaning to both of my fireplaces. Chip arrived to take care of them and I have to share how impressed I was with my service today. Chip took apart both fireplaces, cleaned everything, checked every level, and made sure I saw how beautiful each fireplace was burning. Chip also put down many drop cloths so after he left I didn't even know he was here. I was also given many pointers to keep my fireplaces in tip top shape. Great service by Chip today!

Couldn't be happier with the work and service from Salter's. Brian and Kevin were professional and a true pleasure. Took the time to explain everything they were doing, and left the house spotless! Would 100% recommend them every time!!!
