What was once a church is now a brewery. Salt Springs Brewery is located in the heart of Saline and is housed within a restored church building that's over a century old. The brewery is a popular local hangout and offers delicious farm-fresh food that's prepared with locally sourced ingredients and a wide range of beers, ales, ciders, and wines. Stained glass windows line the walls and ceiling and let in plenty of sunlight giving the place a warm and welcoming ambiance. The service is always quick and friendly and making thi... read more

Great beer, truffle fries alone are worth the trip, and service was wonderful. The burger was super done(burnt/dry ), super plain, and the bun was close to impenetrable. But I went for the beer so all in all a great trip.
The beer here is very tasty. The food is absolutely amazing with fantastic quality and presentation. The staff was exceedingly friendly and helpful. You have to check out the beer garden if the weather allows.
Saline is lucky to have another nice restaurant to enjoy with friends and family. We had dinner at the soft opening and will be returning. The food was great from the appetizers to the entrees with the cookie dessert being our young grandsons favorite which he deemed amazing. Chase did an outstanding job explaining the menu and making sure we had everything we needed.
A wonderful experience. Enjoyed the food, the service and the outdoor patio area very much!! Would definitely recommend this place to others!
We took home a couple of "crowlers" on opening day to actually get a chance to try their beer. Couldn't sit down because of the reservations resulting in a 2 hour wait for tables despite 2/3rds of the place being empty. Probably a bad idea for a grand opening. The crowlers of IPA and the ESB were solid, not amazing. Maybe they'll taste better in the atmosphere of the actual brewery after the crowds and reservation-a-thon calms down.
Last night we were lucky enough to attend the pre-grand opening party!! We had Pork Porcetta/slaw, big bucket of Mussels, Beer Cheese bread, fries, a pork shoulder flat bread to share and we tried every Beer.........it was great, everything. This is where you want to go.....
The converted church somehow is the perfect place for farm fresh food and brew. We really loved the Smokey Chicken Legs and the other snacky things we tried. I am a fan of Porters and it did not disappoint. We are looking forward to enjoying drink and eats on their patio on our next visit.
