Just got back from dinner having finally gotten the crusted trout plate! This dish has sold out early every night- now I know why. Absolutely delicious, and FRESH - may have been caught in the morning... I've tried many inventive dishes made with whatever is available at the moment from local farmers. Favorite dishes are the ribeye and the trout- but whatever salad is there, with whatever cheeses is amazing, and the dishes to share, over crusty dough are not only delicious, but so delightfully different. Great beer, food, atmosphere and very reasonable prices. Exactly what Saline needed... A little more refined palate. I will be spending a lot of time here I think!
The decor is amazing! The beer is incredible but the food...is simple out of this world! Hands down the best dessert I have ever have! I do not know the owners, nor staff but I have a strong culinary back ground and the attention to detail at this place has left me speechless! Make your reservation early Saline finally has a must see dinning experience!
The building is nice and clean, food average, portions were small for the price point. service was all over the place. We stood, yes stood at the bar having a beer while waiting for a table. I had a few questions about the beers but nobody new any of the answers. As I stood at the bar the waitress serving the tables behind me hip-checked me every time she passed by.
