This brewery is worth going to for three reasons: 1. the Porter 2. the bartender, BSA (Big Sexy Adam) (what a stud muffin!) and, relatedly, 3. the bratwurst.
This is the restaurant Saline needed. The food is spectacular. The Chef has made excellent selections in sourcing the ingredients. Premium Kitchen skills bring those ingredients together in delightful ways. And then there's the beer. The brewmaster here really knows how to deliver great product. I have my favorites, but I've not found a disappointing brew yet. All this and truly friendly service. Outstanding!
Excellent food, drink and service! Love the unique food options. Our server Jasmine, was knowledgeable and friendly. She also helped our vegetarian friends, pick food options that suited their diet! We will definitely be back.
The fries and pizza are amazing, as was my bartender, Adam. Despite the busy crowd, he was attentive and gave great suggestions. It didn't hurt that he was hot, too! :)
