RecommendedSuper nice staff and very knowledgeable as well. The Caribbean Room is the place to be (watching big screens of the ocean, listening to the ocean) while the salt is in the air and helping your sinuses/asthma and even stress/anxiety. I relax so much that I fall asleep almost every time I go!
This is an amazing place to go. The ladies there are super nice and dont mind answering any questions you may have. The Caribbean Room is awesome and I can breath so good right now. I will definitely go back!

This place is fantastic! I had a headache and sinus pressure before I went in the salt room and when I left, my headache and pressure were gone. It is so relaxing in the Caribbean room. My younger daughters had so much fun playing in the children's salt room. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend a visit to Salt on the Rocks!
I took a class about Herbal Medicines while enjoying a salt session. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the salt session helped clear my sinuses and helped my anxiety! I will be back!!
My first experience was totally relaxing...my only complaint is I didn't know what to do with myself. I rarely sit still 10 minutes let alone 45 minutes, so I read a little, dozed a little and even played in the salt... a little. I'm really looking forward to additional sessions to expand my attention span and to attend future meditation classes along with the salt therapy.
