First time in the salt room today. Very relaxing. Didn’t realize how much congestion I had until it started coming out. Next time I,m bringing a book, or maybe a sleep mask. Like being by the Caribbean Sea. Lovely.

Salt on the Rocks is a Must Experience while in Huntsville, Alabama. Nothing like Feeling Brand New, Light Hearted, Refreshed, After massage and experiencing A Salt Room like I have never seen before.... Whoa! Stress literally melts away.

I absolutely love Salt on the Rocks! Heather and her staff are wonderful to work with! The Carribbean room is the absolute best! Nice, relaxing, calm environment. The ambiance provided just adds to the relaxation and truly makes you feel like you are at the beach. This is really the best place to go when you need to De-stress and relax.
Salt is great for your skin but even better for your lungs! Allergies, Asthma, sinus, inflammation. Alabama has so many pollens that affect us the salt will help relieve these issues and more. Fabulous experience!
