I injured my knee 2 weeks ago and am wearing a brace until the swelling is gone. After the cave the swelling was significantly less and today I did not have to wear my brace while doing errands. I will be back.
Stopped by because I was in the plaza and got a full tour, the salt cave is awesome and I can't wait to go for a session!
Extremely calming and peaceful! I experienced a journey when I reached a mindful meditative state surrounded by all the Himalayan salt! Would recommend to anyone!

RecommendedVery nice have been there twice,for the salt cave. So relaxing. They offer a few things. I'm interested in cupping for my next visit
My husband and I really enjoyed our Salt Cave experience! We are able to breathe fuller and the session was so RELAXING! We will definitely go back and learn a bit more about the benefits of the Salt Cave! The owner is super generous and made you feel comfortable while explaining what to expect! Loved every minute of it and will definitely bring family and friends to experience it with us too!
I absolutely loved my time here yesterday! I had a nice relaxing time in the cave and then Angela did an amazing massage. I can not wait to go back!!
