I came here for the first time not entirely sure what to expect. I didn’t have a full session, but just going in the room (especially the cave) brought so much peace in my body. I also was blessed with the gift of allergies, but when I was there, my allergies didn’t flare up once. I will definitely be back to reap the full benefits!!
For Mother’s Day my husband booked me a reiki session in the salt cave and it was absolutely magical!!! YOU MUST EXPERIENCE THIS! Carrie is wonderful and I can’t wait to go back!
Such an amazing and relaxing experience. I suffer from sinus issues and after today's session I can breathe better. Carrie is very kind and genuinely loves helping others heal. Very calming experience.

My first time here was today and I will definitely will be returning at a minimum of once a month. The salt cave helped with my excruciating mensural cramps and neck pain. Also just a very zen meditation place to take a breather from the stress of life! Carrie was very sweet and helpful with my first visit to the salt cave.
